Policies:

Packing - We will handle the cost of building and packing your order in a wooden framed crate (note: some builders charge up to $200 for this service.)

Shipping - All orders are shipped FedEx, UPS freight, or priority mail, (whichever is the best price) at the buyers expence. We can give you an estimate when you inquire about a piece.

Returns - Buyer must pay the cost of return shipping.

Guarantee - We guarantee your satisfaction with your purchase and we will do whatever it takes to make things right.

Deposit - 30% down on all orders, balance due before shipping.

Installation - Sorry, but we do not install lighting fixtures. You should get the help of a licensed electrician if you are not able to install this yourself.
